Genesis 27
1เมื่ออิสอัคชราแล้ว ดวงตาของเขาเสื่อมลงจนมองไม่เห็น เขาเรียกหาเอซาวบุตรชายคนโตว่า “ลูกเอ๋ย”เอซาวตอบว่า “ลูกอยู่ที่นี่”
2อิสอัคกล่าวว่า “ตอนนี้พ่อก็แก่แล้ว จะตายวันตายพรุ่งก็ไม่รู้ 3บัดนี้เจ้าจงเอาอาวุธของเจ้า คือกระบอกใส่ลูกธนูและคันธนูออกไปยังทุ่งกว้าง ล่าสัตว์ป่ามาให้พ่อ 4แล้วทำอาหารรสดีแบบที่พ่อโปรดปรานและนำมาให้พ่อกิน พ่อจะได้ให้พรของพ่อแก่เจ้าก่อนพ่อตาย”
5ขณะที่อิสอัคพูดกับเอซาวบุตรของเขาอยู่นั้น นางเรเบคาห์ก็ได้ยิน เมื่อเอซาวออกไปยังทุ่งกว้างเพื่อล่าสัตว์และนำกลับมา 6เรเบคาห์ก็พูดกับยาโคบบุตรชายของนางว่า “ดูเถิด แม่ได้ยินพ่อของเจ้าพูดกับเอซาวพี่ชายของเจ้าว่า 7‘จงเอาเนื้อที่ล่ามาทำอาหารรสดีให้กิน พ่อจะได้ให้พรของพ่อแก่เจ้าต่อหน้าองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าก่อนพ่อตาย’ 8ลูกเอ๋ย ฟังให้ดีและจงทำตามที่แม่สั่ง 9ไปที่ฝูงสัตว์ คัดลูกแพะอย่างดีสองตัวมาให้แม่ แม่จะได้ทำอาหารรสดีให้พ่อของเจ้าอย่างที่พ่อเจ้าโปรดปราน 10แล้วเจ้าจงนำไปให้พ่อของเจ้ากิน เพื่อเขาจะได้ให้พรของเขาแก่เจ้าก่อนที่เขาจะตาย”
11ยาโคบพูดกับนางเรเบคาห์มารดาของเขาว่า “แต่เอซาวพี่ชายของลูกนั้นขนดก ส่วนลูกเป็นคนผิวเกลี้ยง 12ถ้าเกิดพ่อจับต้องตัวลูกเล่า? พ่อก็จะรู้ว่าลูกหลอกลวงท่าน และลูกจะถูกสาปแช่งแทนที่จะได้รับพร”
13มารดาของเขากล่าวว่า “ลูกเอ๋ย ขอให้คำสาปแช่งนั้นตกอยู่กับแม่เถิด จงทำตามที่แม่บอก ไปเอาลูกแพะมาให้แม่”
14ยาโคบจึงออกไปนำลูกแพะมาให้มารดาของเขา และนางก็ทำอาหารรสดีอย่างที่บิดาของเขาโปรดปราน 15แล้วเรเบคาห์หยิบเสื้อผ้าที่ดีที่สุดของเอซาวบุตรชายคนโตของนางซึ่งมีอยู่ในบ้านมาสวมให้ยาโคบบุตรคนเล็กของนาง 16จากนั้นนางยังได้เอาหนังแพะหุ้มแขนและคอที่เกลี้ยงเกลาของเขา 17แล้วนางก็ยื่นอาหารรสดีนั้นและขนมปังที่นางทำให้ยาโคบบุตรของนาง
18เขาเข้าไปหาบิดาของเขาและพูดว่า “พ่อขอรับ”
อิสอัคพูดว่า “มีอะไรหรือลูก เจ้าคือใคร?”
19ยาโคบกล่าวกับบิดาว่า “ลูกคือเอซาวลูกหัวปีของพ่อ ลูกได้ทำตามที่พ่อสั่งแล้ว โปรดลุกขึ้นมารับประทานเนื้อที่ลูกหามา เพื่อพ่อจะได้ให้พรของพ่อแก่ลูก”
20อิสอัคถามบุตรชายของเขาว่า “ทำไมหาได้เร็วนักล่ะลูก?”
ยาโคบตอบว่า “ก็เพราะพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพ่อประทานความสำเร็จแก่ลูก”
21แล้วอิสอัคจึงพูดกับยาโคบว่า “ลูกเอ๋ย เข้ามาใกล้ๆ ให้พ่อคลำตัวลูกดู จะได้รู้ว่าเจ้าเป็นเอซาวลูกของพ่อจริงหรือไม่?”
22ยาโคบเข้าไปใกล้อิสอัคบิดาของเขา อิสอัคจับต้องตัวเขาแล้วคิดว่า “เสียงเป็นเสียงของยาโคบ แต่มือเป็นมือของเอซาว” 23อิสอัคก็จำเขาไม่ได้ เพราะมือของเขามีขนดกเหมือนมือของเอซาวพี่ชายของเขา ดังนั้นอิสอัคจึงเตรียมอวยพรเขา 24อิสอัคถามว่า “เจ้าคือเอซาวลูกชายของพ่อจริงๆ หรือ?”
ยาโคบตอบว่า “ใช่ขอรับ”
25แล้วอิสอัคกล่าวว่า “ลูกเอ๋ย เอาเนื้อมาให้พ่อกิน เพื่อพ่อจะได้ให้พรของพ่อแก่เจ้า”
ยาโคบยกอาหารมาให้ อิสอัคก็รับประทาน ยาโคบนำเหล้าองุ่นใหม่มาให้ และอิสอัคก็ดื่ม 26จากนั้นอิสอัคบิดาของเขาก็พูดกับเขาว่า “ลูกเอ๋ย มานี่สิ มาจูบคำนับพ่อ”
27ดังนั้นยาโคบจึงเข้าไปจูบบิดา เมื่ออิสอัคได้กลิ่นเสื้อผ้าที่เขาใส่อยู่ก็อวยพรเขาและกล่าวว่า
“ใช่แล้ว กลิ่นลูกชายของเรา
เหมือนกลิ่นท้องทุ่ง
ที่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงอวยพร
28ขอพระเจ้าประทานน้ำค้างจากฟ้าสวรรค์
และประทานฝนบนแผ่นดินแก่เจ้า
คือให้อุดมด้วยข้าวและเหล้าองุ่นใหม่
29ขอให้ชาติทั้งหลายรับใช้เจ้า
และชนชาติต่างๆ น้อมคำนับเจ้า
จงเป็นนายเหนือพี่น้องของเจ้า
ขอให้บรรดาบุตรชายของมารดาเจ้าน้อมคำนับเจ้า
ขอให้ทุกคนที่แช่งเจ้าถูกสาปแช่ง
และให้ทุกคนที่ให้พรเจ้าได้รับพร”
30หลังจากที่อิสอัคอวยพรยาโคบจบแล้ว และยาโคบเพิ่งจะลาบิดาของเขาออกไป เอซาวพี่ชายของเขาก็กลับมาจากการล่าสัตว์ 31เขาก็ทำอาหารรสดีและนำมาให้บิดาของเขาด้วย แล้วเอซาวกล่าวกับบิดาว่า “เชิญพ่อลุกขึ้นนั่งรับประทานเนื้อที่ลูกล่ามา เพื่อพ่อจะได้ให้พรของพ่อแก่ลูก”
32อิสอัคบิดาของเขาถามว่า “เจ้าเป็นใคร?”
เขาตอบว่า “ลูกชายของพ่อ เอซาวลูกหัวปีของพ่อ”
33อิสอัคก็โกรธจนตัวสั่นและกล่าวว่า “แล้วใครกันเล่าที่ได้ล่าเนื้อและนำมาให้พ่อ? พ่อเพิ่งกินไปก่อนที่เจ้าจะมา และพ่อได้อวยพรเขา และเขาจะได้รับพรแน่!”
34เมื่อเอซาวได้ยินบิดาพูดเช่นนั้นก็ร้องไห้เสียงดังด้วยความขมขื่นและพูดกับบิดาว่า “อวยพรลูก อวยพรลูกด้วยเถิดพ่อ”
35แต่อิสอัคกล่าวว่า “น้องชายของเจ้ามาหลอกเอาพรของเจ้าไปแล้ว”
36เอซาวพูดว่า “ที่เขามีชื่อว่ายาโคบ ▼

ก็ถูกแล้วไม่ใช่หรือ? เขาได้หลอกลูกมาสองครั้งแล้ว เขาได้เอาสิทธิ์บุตรหัวปีของลูกไป และคราวนี้ยังได้เอาพรของลูกไปอีก!” แล้วเขาถามว่า “พ่อไม่มีพรเหลือให้ลูกบ้างเลยหรือ?” 37อิสอัคตอบเอซาวว่า “พ่อได้ตั้งให้เขาเป็นนายเหนือเจ้า และให้ญาติพี่น้องของเขาทั้งหมดเป็นคนรับใช้เขา พ่อขอให้พระเจ้าค้ำจุนเขาด้วยข้าวและเหล้าองุ่นใหม่ แล้วพ่อจะทำอะไรเพื่อเจ้าได้อีกเล่า ลูกของพ่อเอ๋ย?”
38เอซาวกล่าวกับบิดาอีกว่า “พ่อมีเพียงพรเดียวเท่านั้นหรือ? พ่อของลูก โปรดอวยพรลูกด้วยเถิด พ่อของลูก!” แล้วเอซาวก็ร้องไห้เสียงดัง
39อิสอัคบิดาของเขาตอบว่า
“ที่อาศัยของเจ้าจะห่างไกล
จากฝนบนแผ่นดิน
จากน้ำค้างแห่งฟ้าสวรรค์เบื้องบน
40เจ้าจะมีชีวิตอยู่ด้วยดาบ
และเจ้าจะรับใช้น้องของเจ้า
แต่เมื่อเจ้าทนไม่ได้
เจ้าจะสลัดแอกของเขา
พ้นจากคอของเจ้า”
ยาโคบหนีไปหาลาบัน
41เอซาวเก็บความแค้นที่มีต่อยาโคบไว้ เพราะพรที่บิดาได้ให้ยาโคบ เขาบอกกับตนเองว่า “วันไว้ทุกข์ให้พ่อก็ใกล้เข้ามาแล้ว ตอนนั้นเราจะฆ่ายาโคบน้องชายของเรา”42เมื่อมีคนมาบอกเรเบคาห์ว่าเอซาวบุตรชายคนโตของนางพูดว่าอย่างไร นางจึงเรียกยาโคบบุตรชายคนเล็กมา และกล่าวกับเขาว่า “เอซาวพี่ชายของเจ้ากำลังวางแผนจะฆ่าเจ้าเป็นการล้างแค้น 43ลูกเอ๋ย บัดนี้จงทำตามที่แม่สั่ง จงรีบหนีไปหาลาบันพี่ชายของแม่ที่เมืองฮาราน 44ไปพักกับเขาสักระยะหนึ่งจนกว่าความโกรธเกรี้ยวของพี่เจ้าจะคลายลง 45เมื่อพี่ชายของเจ้าหายโกรธและลืมสิ่งที่เจ้าทำไว้กับเขา แม่ก็จะส่งคนไปตามลูกกลับมาจากที่นั่น แม่ไม่อยากเสียลูกทั้งสองคนไปในวันเดียว”
46แล้วเรเบคาห์พูดกับอิสอัคว่า “ฉันจะทนอยู่ต่อไปไม่ไหวแล้ว เพราะผู้หญิงชาวฮิตไทต์เหล่านี้ ถ้ายาโคบหาภรรยาจากหญิงในดินแดนนี้ จากหญิงชาวฮิตไทต์อย่างนี้ ชีวิตของฉันก็ไม่มีค่าที่จะอยู่ต่อไป”

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
