พระดำรัสเกี่ยวกับอัมโมน
1พระดำรัสขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าเกี่ยวกับชาวอัมโมนความว่า“อิสราเอลไม่มีบุตรชายหรือ?
นางไม่มีทายาทหรือ?
ก็แล้วเหตุใดพระโมเลค ▼
▼หรือกษัตริย์ของพวกเขาภาษาฮีบรูว่ามัลคามเช่นเดียวกับข้อ 3
จึงเข้ายึดครองกาด?เหตุใดชนชาติของเขาจึงเข้ามาอาศัยในเมืองต่างๆ ของกาด?
2แต่วันเวลานั้นจะมาถึง”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
“เมื่อเราจะโห่ร้องออกศึก
สู้กับรับบาห์ของชาวอัมโมน
มันจะกลายเป็นซากปรักหักพัง
และหมู่บ้านต่างๆ โดยรอบจะถูกเผา
แล้วอิสราเอลจะขับไล่
ชนชาติที่ได้ขับไล่ตนออกมา”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสดังนั้น
3“เฮชโบนเอ๋ย จงร่ำไห้เถิด เพราะอัยถูกทำลายแล้ว!
ชาวรับบาห์เอ๋ย ร้องออกมาเถิด
จงสวมเสื้อผ้ากระสอบและร่ำไห้เถิด
และวิ่งพล่านไปมาภายในกำแพง
เพราะพระโมเลคจะถูกเนรเทศ
ไปพร้อมกับบรรดาปุโรหิตและเหล่าขุนนางของตน
4เหตุใดเจ้าจึงโอ้อวดถึงบรรดาหุบเขาของเจ้า
โอ้อวดว่าบรรดาหุบเขาของเจ้าอุดมสมบูรณ์นัก?
ธิดาผู้ไม่ซื่อสัตย์เอ๋ย
เจ้าไว้วางใจในทรัพย์สมบัติของเจ้าและคุยโอ่ว่า
‘ใครจะมาโจมตีเราได้?’
5เราจะนำความสยดสยอง
จากประเทศเพื่อนบ้านทั้งปวงมายังเจ้า”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระยาห์เวห์ผู้ทรงฤทธิ์ประกาศว่า
“พวกเจ้าทุกคนจะถูกขับไล่ออกไป
และจะไม่มีใครรวบรวมบรรดาผู้ลี้ภัยได้
6“แต่ภายหลังเราจะให้ชาวอัมโมนกลับสู่สภาพดี”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
พระดำรัสเกี่ยวกับเอโดม
(อบด.1-6)
7พระดำรัสของพระยาห์เวห์ผู้ทรงฤทธิ์เกี่ยวกับเอโดมความว่า
“ในเทมานไม่มีสติปัญญาอีกแล้วหรือ?
คำปรึกษาหารือสูญสิ้นไปจากคนชาญฉลาดแล้วหรือ?
สติปัญญาของเขาเน่าเปื่อยไปหมดแล้วหรือ?
8ชาวเดดานเอ๋ย
จงหันหนีไปซ่อนตัวอยู่ในถ้ำลึก
เพราะเราจะนำหายนะมาสู่เอซาว
ในเวลาที่เราจะลงโทษเขา
9หากคนเก็บองุ่นมาหาเจ้า
เขาจะไม่เหลือไว้บ้างนิดหน่อยหรือ?
หากขโมยมาในยามค่ำคืน
เขาจะไม่ขโมยไปเพียงเท่าที่เขาอยากได้หรือ?
10แต่เราจะกวาดล้างดินแดนของเอซาวจนโล่งเตียน
เราจะเผยที่ซ่อนของเขา
จนเขาไม่สามารถหลบซ่อนได้
ลูกหลาน ญาติพี่น้อง และเพื่อนบ้านของเขาจะพินาศ
และเอซาวเองก็จะสูญสิ้น
11ทิ้งลูกกำพร้าของเจ้าไว้เถิด เราจะคุ้มครองชีวิตของพวกเขา
แม่ม่ายของเจ้าก็พึ่งพาเราได้”
12 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสว่า “หากผู้ที่ไม่สมควรรับโทษยังต้องดื่มจากถ้วยแห่งโทษทัณฑ์ แล้วเจ้าจะลอยนวลพ้นโทษไปได้หรือ? เจ้าจะไม่พ้นโทษไปได้หรอก เจ้าก็ต้องดื่มด้วย” 13องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศว่า “เราปฏิญาณโดยอ้างตัวเราเองว่า โบสราห์จะกลายเป็นซากปรักหักพัง เป็นที่รังเกียจเดียดฉันท์และติเตียนสาปแช่ง หัวเมืองทั้งปวงของมันจะเป็นซากปรักหักพังตลอดไป”
14ข้าพเจ้าได้ยินพระดำรัสจากองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าว่า
มีทูตคนหนึ่งถูกส่งออกไปยังประชาชาติต่างๆ เพื่อแจ้งว่า
“จงรวมกำลังกันไปบุกโจมตีเมืองนั้น!
ยกทัพไปรบเถิด!”
15“บัดนี้เราจะทำให้เจ้าเล็กกระจ้อยร่อยในหมู่ประชาชาติ
เป็นที่เหยียดหยามในหมู่ผู้คน
16ความสยดสยองที่เจ้าคิดขึ้น
และความหยิ่งผยองในใจได้หลอกลวงเจ้า
เจ้าผู้อาศัยอยู่ในซอกหิน
ผู้ครอบครองยอดเขา
แม้เจ้าจะสร้างรังไว้สูงเหมือนรังนกอินทรี
เราก็จะฉุดเจ้าให้ตกลงมา”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
17“เอโดมจะกลายเป็นเป้าของความสยดสยอง
บรรดาคนที่ผ่านไปมาจะตกตะลึงและจะเยาะเย้ยถากถาง
เนื่องด้วยบาดแผลทั้งสิ้นของมัน”
18 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสว่า
“โสโดมและโกโมราห์ถูกทำลาย
พร้อมทั้งเมืองใกล้เคียงฉันใด
เอโดมก็จะไม่มีใครอยู่
ไม่มีใครอาศัยอีกต่อไปฉันนั้น
19“ดุจสิงโตพุ่งออกมาจากพงไพรแห่งจอร์แดน
สู่ทุ่งหญ้าอันอุดมสมบูรณ์
เราจะขับไล่เอโดมออกจากดินแดนของมันในชั่วพริบตา
ใครคือผู้ที่เราเลือกสรรแต่งตั้งเพื่อการนี้?
ใครจะเสมอเหมือนเราและใครจะท้าทายเราได้?
และคนเลี้ยงแกะหน้าไหนจะต้านทานเราได้?”
20ฉะนั้นจงฟังแผนการที่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจะจัดการกับเอโดม
สิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงดำริไว้ต่อสู้ผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเทมาน
ลูกอ่อนในฝูงจะถูกลากไป
พระองค์จะทรงทำลายล้างทุ่งหญ้าของพวกเขาเพราะตัวพวกเขา

เพราะได้ยินข่าวร้าย
จิตใจของเขาจึงระย่อ
ทุรนทุรายเหมือน ▼
▼ภาษาฮีบรูว่าบนหรือริม
ทะเลปั่นป่วน24ดามัสกัสก็หมดแรง
เขาหันหนี
และหวาดหวั่นจับใจ
ความทุกข์ทรมานร้าวรานจู่โจมจับหัวใจ
เจ็บปวดรวดร้าวดั่งผู้หญิงที่กำลังคลอดลูก
25นครเลื่องชื่อซึ่งเราปีติยินดี
ถูกทอดทิ้งแล้วไม่ใช่หรือ?
26แน่นอน หนุ่มฉกรรจ์ของกรุงนั้นจะล้มลงกลางถนน
ทหารทุกคนจะถูกสยบในวันนั้น”
พระยาห์เวห์ผู้ทรงฤทธิ์ประกาศดังนั้น
27“เราจะจุดไฟเผากำแพงดามัสกัส
มันจะเผาผลาญป้อมต่างๆ ของเบนฮาดัด”

28พระดำรัสขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าเกี่ยวกับเคดาร์และอาณาจักรต่างๆ ของฮาโซร์ซึ่งกษัตริย์เนบูคัดเนสซาร์แห่งบาบิโลนได้บุกโจมตีความว่า“จงลุกขึ้น บุกเข้าโจมตีเคดาร์
และทำลายล้างชาวถิ่นตะวันออก
29เต็นท์และฝูงสัตว์ของเขาจะถูกยึดไป
ที่พักพิงของเขาจะถูกริบไป
พร้อมกับอูฐและข้าวของทั้งปวง
ผู้คนจะร้องบอกพวกเขาว่า
‘ความสยดสยองอยู่รอบด้าน!’
30“ชนชาวฮาโซร์เอ๋ย จงหนีเร็ว!

31 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศว่า
“จงลุกขึ้นโจมตีประชาชาติ
ซึ่งเอกเขนกเอ้อระเหยอยู่อย่างมั่นใจ
ชนชาติซึ่งไม่มีประตูเมือง ไม่มีดาลประตู
อาศัยอยู่โดดเดี่ยวลำพัง
32อูฐของพวกเขาจะกลายเป็นของปล้น
สัตว์ฝูงใหญ่ของพวกเขาจะกลายเป็นของริบ
เราจะทำให้คนที่อยู่ห่างไกล ▼
▼หรือคนที่ขริบผมที่หน้าผาก
กระจัดกระจายไปกับสายลมและจะนำภัยพิบัติรอบด้านมายังพวกเขา”

33“ฮาโซร์จะกลายเป็นถิ่นหมาใน
เป็นที่ถูกทิ้งร้างตลอดกาล
ไม่มีคนอยู่ที่นั่น

34พระดำรัสขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าเกี่ยวกับเอลามซึ่งมีมาถึงผู้เผยพระวจนะเยเรมีย์ในต้นรัชกาลกษัตริย์เศเดคียาห์แห่งยูดาห์ความว่า35พระยาห์เวห์ผู้ทรงฤทธิ์ตรัสว่า
“ดูเถิด เราจะหักธนูของเอลาม
ขุมกำลังของเขา
36เราจะนำลมทั้งสี่จากย่านทั้งสี่ของฟ้าสวรรค์
มาเล่นงานคนเอลาม
เราจะทำให้พวกเขากระจัดกระจายไปตามลมทั้งสี่
ไม่มีชาติไหนที่เอลาม
ไม่ได้ตกเป็นเชลย
37เราจะทำให้เอลามแหลกป่นปี้ต่อหน้าศัตรู
ต่อหน้าคนที่หมายเอาชีวิตของเขา
เราจะนำภัยพิบัติ
และโทสะเกรี้ยวกราดลงมาเหนือเขา”

“เราจะใช้ดาบตามล่าพวกเขา
จนกว่าพวกเขาจะถึงจุดจบ
38เราจะตั้งบัลลังก์ของเราไว้ในเอลาม
และทำลายกษัตริย์กับเหล่าขุนนาง”

39“แต่ในภายภาคหน้า
เราจะให้เอลามกลับสู่สภาพดี”

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
