1ขณะพระเยซูทรงดำเนินออกจากพระวิหาร เหล่าสาวกเข้ามาหาพระองค์ ชวนให้พระองค์ชมอาคารต่างๆ ในบริเวณพระวิหาร 2พระองค์ตรัสว่า “พวกท่านเห็นสิ่งทั้งปวงนี้ใช่ไหม? เราบอกความจริงแก่ท่านว่าศิลาที่นี่จะไม่เหลือซ้อนทับกันสักก้อนเดียว ทุกก้อนจะถูกโยนทิ้งลงมาหมด”3ขณะพระเยซูประทับอยู่บนภูเขามะกอกเทศ เหล่าสาวกมาเข้าเฝ้าเป็นการส่วนตัวและทูลว่า “ขอทรงบอกพวกข้าพระองค์เถิด เหตุการณ์นี้จะเกิดขึ้นเมื่อใดและอะไรเป็นหมายสำคัญว่าพระองค์จะเสด็จมาและเป็นหมายสำคัญว่าจะสิ้นยุค?”
4พระเยซูตรัสตอบว่า “จงระวัง อย่าให้ใครมาล่อลวงท่าน 5เพราะหลายคนจะมาในนามของเราและอ้างว่า ‘เราเป็นพระคริสต์ ▼

’และล่อลวงคนเป็นอันมาก 6ท่านจะได้ยินข่าวสงครามและข่าวลือเรื่องสงคราม จงระวัง อย่าตื่นตกใจ สิ่งเหล่านั้นต้องเกิดขึ้นแต่ยังไม่ถึงจุดจบ 7ประชาชาติต่อประชาชาติ อาณาจักรต่ออาณาจักรจะสู้รบกัน จะเกิดการกันดารอาหารและแผ่นดินไหวในที่ต่างๆ 8สิ่งทั้งปวงนี้คือขั้นเริ่มต้นของความเจ็บปวดก่อนคลอดบุตร 9“แล้วท่านจะถูกมอบไว้ให้เขาข่มเหงและประหัตประหาร ชนชาติทั้งปวงจะเกลียดชังท่านเพราะเรา 10ครั้งนั้นหลายคนจะหันเหจากความเชื่อ จะทรยศหักหลังและเกลียดชังซึ่งกันและกัน 11และจะมีผู้เผยพระวจนะเท็จมากมายมาหลอกลวงประชาชนเป็นอันมาก 12เนื่องจากความชั่วร้ายเพิ่มทวีขึ้น ความรักของคนส่วนใหญ่จะเย็นชาลง 13แต่ผู้ที่ยืนหยัดจนถึงที่สุดจะได้รับการช่วยให้รอด 14และข่าวประเสริฐเรื่องอาณาจักรของพระเจ้านี้จะถูกประกาศไปทั่วโลกเป็นพยานแก่มวลประชาชาติแล้วยุคนี้จะสิ้นสุด
15“ฉะนั้นเมื่อท่านเห็น ‘สิ่งที่น่าสะอิดสะเอียนอันเป็นต้นเหตุของวิบัติ’ ▼

ในสถานบริสุทธิ์ดังที่ได้ตรัสไว้ผ่านทางผู้เผยพระวจนะดาเนียล (ให้ผู้อ่านทำความเข้าใจเอาเถิด) 16แล้วให้ผู้ที่อยู่ในยูเดียหนีไปที่ภูเขา 17ผู้ที่อยู่บนดาดฟ้าหลังคาบ้านของตน อย่าลงมาหยิบสิ่งใดออกจากบ้าน 18ผู้ที่อยู่ตามทุ่งนา อย่ากลับมาเอาเสื้อคลุม 19วันเหล่านั้นน่าหวาดกลัวยิ่งนักสำหรับหญิงมีครรภ์และแม่ลูกอ่อน 20จงอธิษฐานเพื่อการหนีของท่านจะไม่เกิดในฤดูหนาวหรือในวันสะบาโต 21เพราะครั้งนั้นจะเกิดความทุกข์เข็ญครั้งใหญ่ ไม่มีครั้งไหนๆ เทียบเท่านับตั้งแต่เริ่มมีโลกจนถึงบัดนี้ และจะไม่มีครั้งใดเทียบเท่าอีกแล้ว 22ถ้าไม่ได้ทรงร่นวันเหล่านั้นให้สั้นเข้าจะไม่มีใครเหลือรอดเลย แต่เพราะเห็นแก่ผู้ที่ทรงเลือกสรรไว้จะทรงทำให้วันเหล่านั้นสั้นลง 23ในเวลานั้นหากมีใครมาบอกท่านว่า ‘ดูเถิด พระคริสต์อยู่ที่นี่!’ หรือ ‘พระองค์ทรงอยู่ที่นั่น!’ อย่าไปเชื่อเลย 24เพราะพระคริสต์ปลอมและผู้เผยพระวจนะเท็จจะปรากฏขึ้นและแสดงหมายสำคัญและการอัศจรรย์ยิ่งใหญ่เพื่อลวงแม้กระทั่งผู้ที่ทรงเลือกสรรไว้ถ้าเป็นไปได้ 25ดูเถิด เราบอกท่านไว้ล่วงหน้าแล้ว 26“ฉะนั้นหากใครมาบอกท่านว่า ‘ผู้นั้นอยู่ที่นั่นในถิ่นกันดาร’ อย่าออกไปเลย หรือบอกว่า ‘ผู้นั้นอยู่ที่นี่ในห้องชั้นใน’ อย่าเชื่อเลย 27เพราะฟ้าแลบซึ่งมาจากตะวันออกมองเห็นได้แม้กระทั่งที่ตะวันตกฉันใด การมาของบุตรมนุษย์ก็ฉันนั้น 28ซากศพอยู่ที่ไหน แร้งกาจะออกันอยู่ที่นั่น
29“ในทันทีทันใด หลังจากวันแห่งความทุกข์ลำเค็ญเหล่านี้
“ ‘ดวงอาทิตย์จะมืดมิด
ดวงจันทร์จะไม่ทอแสง
ดวงดาวทั้งหลายจะร่วงจากท้องฟ้า
และฟ้าสวรรค์จะถูกเขย่า’ c
30“เมื่อนั้นหมายสำคัญของบุตรมนุษย์จะปรากฏขึ้นในท้องฟ้าและมวลประชาชาติแห่งพื้นพิภพจะร้องไห้คร่ำครวญ พวกเขาจะเห็นบุตรมนุษย์เสด็จมาบนหมู่เมฆในท้องฟ้าด้วยเดชานุภาพและพระเกียรติสิริอันยิ่งใหญ่ 31พระองค์จะทรงส่งทูตสวรรค์ของพระองค์มาพร้อมกับเสียงแตรดังสนั่น ทูตสวรรค์นั้นจะรวบรวมผู้ที่ทรงเลือกสรรไว้จากทั้งสี่ทิศ จากสุดขอบฟ้าข้างหนึ่งจดขอบฟ้าอีกข้างหนึ่ง
32“จงเรียนรู้บทเรียนนี้จากต้นมะเดื่อ ทันทีที่มันแตกกิ่งผลิใบ ท่านก็รู้ว่าฤดูร้อนใกล้เข้ามาแล้ว 33เช่นเดียวกันเมื่อท่านเห็นสิ่งสารพัดเหล่านี้ท่านก็รู้ว่าสิ่งนี้ ▼

นี้ยังไม่ทันล่วงลับไป สิ่งทั้งปวงเหล่านี้ก็เกิดขึ้นแล้วอย่างแน่นอน 35ฟ้าและดินจะสูญสิ้นไปแต่ถ้อยคำของเราไม่มีวันสูญสิ้น วันเวลาที่ไม่มีใครรู้

36“ไม่มีใครรู้วันเวลาที่เหตุการณ์นั้นจะเกิดขึ้น แม้แต่ทูตสวรรค์หรือพระบุตร ▼▼สำเนาต้นฉบับบางสำเนาไม่มีข้อความว่าหรือพระบุตร
ก็ไม่รู้ พระบิดาเท่านั้นที่ทรงทราบ 37ในสมัยของโนอาห์เป็นอย่างไร เมื่อบุตรมนุษย์มาก็เป็นอย่างนั้น 38เพราะในวันเวลาก่อนน้ำท่วมโลกผู้คนกินดื่ม แต่งงาน และยกให้เป็นสามีภรรยากันจนถึงวันที่โนอาห์เข้าในเรือ 39พวกเขาไม่รู้เลยว่าอะไรจะเกิดขึ้นจนถูกน้ำท่วมกวาดล้างไปหมด เมื่อบุตรมนุษย์มาก็จะเป็นเช่นนั้นแหละ 40ชายสองคนอยู่ในทุ่งนา คนหนึ่งจะถูกรับไปและอีกคนหนึ่งจะถูกทิ้งไว้ 41หญิงสองคนโม่แป้งอยู่ คนหนึ่งจะถูกรับไปและอีกคนหนึ่งจะถูกทิ้งไว้ 42“ฉะนั้นจงเฝ้าระวังอยู่เพราะท่านไม่รู้ว่าองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าของท่านจะมาวันไหน 43แต่จงเข้าใจข้อนี้คือ หากเจ้าของบ้านล่วงรู้ว่าขโมยจะมาตอนกี่ทุ่มกี่ยาม เขาจะคอยเฝ้าระวังไม่ปล่อยให้ใครบุกเข้ามาในบ้านได้ 44ดังนั้นท่านก็ต้องเตรียมพร้อมไว้เช่นกันเพราะบุตรมนุษย์จะมาในยามที่ท่านไม่คาดคิด
45“ใครเป็นคนรับใช้ที่สัตย์ซื่อและฉลาดซึ่งนายตั้งให้ดูแลคนรับใช้ในครัวเรือนของท่าน เพื่อคอยแจกจ่ายอาหารให้พวกเขาตามเวลา? 46เมื่อนายกลับมาพบว่าเขาทำตามหน้าที่ก็เป็นการดีสำหรับคนรับใช้ผู้นั้น 47เราบอกความจริงแก่ท่านว่านายจะตั้งเขาให้ดูแลทรัพย์สินทั้งปวงของนาย 48แต่ถ้าคนรับใช้นั้นเป็นคนชั่วร้ายและคิดในใจว่า ‘อีกนานกว่านายจะกลับมา’ 49จึงเริ่มทุบตีเพื่อนคนรับใช้ด้วยกันและกินดื่มกับเพื่อนขี้เมา 50นายของคนรับใช้ผู้นั้นจะกลับมาในวันที่เขาไม่คาดคิดและในเวลาที่เขาไม่รู้ตัว 51นายจะสับเขาเป็นชิ้นๆ และส่งเขาไปอยู่ในที่ของคนหน้าซื่อใจคด ที่นั่นจะมีการร่ำไห้และขบเขี้ยวเคี้ยวฟัน

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
