Rheolau am fwyta'r offrymau
1Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses: 2“Dywed wrth Aaron a'i ddisgynyddion fod rhaid iddyn nhw ddangos parch at yr offrymau sanctaidd mae pobl Israel yn eu cyflwyno, fel eu bod nhw ddim yn sarhau fy enw sanctaidd i. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd. 3Dywed wrthyn nhw: O hyn ymlaen, os bydd unrhyw un ohonoch chi yn aflan am ryw reswm ac yn mynd yn agos at yr offrymau sanctaidd mae pobl Israel yn eu cyflwyno, bydd y person hwnnw yn cael ei dorri allan, a ddim yn cael dod yn agos ata i. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd. 4“Does neb o ddisgynyddion Aaron sy'n diodde o glefyd heintus ar y croen neu glefyd ar ei bidyn i gael bwyta'r offrymau sanctaidd nes bydd e'n lân. A peidiwch cyffwrdd unrhyw beth sydd wedi ei wneud yn aflan (gan gorff marw, dyn sydd wedi gollwng ei had, 5unrhyw anifail aflan neu greadur aflan arall, neu unrhyw berson sy'n aflan am unrhyw reswm o gwbl). 6Bydd y dyn sy'n cyffwrdd rhywbeth felly yn aflan am weddill y dydd, a dydy e ddim i fwyta o'r offrymau sanctaidd nes bydd e wedi ymolchi mewn dŵr. 7Bydd e'n lân ar ôl i'r haul fachlud. Mae'n iawn iddo fwyta'r offrymau sanctaidd wedyn – wedi'r cwbl dyna ei fwyd e. 8“A peidiwch bwyta rhywbeth sydd wedi marw ohono'i hun neu wedi cael ei ladd gan anifail gwyllt. Mae hynny'n eich gwneud chi'n aflan hefyd. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd. 9Gwnewch beth dw i'n ei ddweud, rhag i mi eich cael chi'n euog ac i chi farw yn y cysegr am eich bod wedi ei halogi. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd sydd wedi'ch cysegru chi'r offeiriaid. 10“Does neb ond yr offeiriaid a'u teulu agosaf i gael bwyta'r offrymau sanctaidd. Does neb sy'n lletya gyda'r offeiriad i'w fwyta, na neb sy'n gweithio iddo. Ond os ydy e wedi prynu caethwas, mae hwnnw a'i deulu yn cael bwyta. 12Os ydy merch offeiriad yn priodi dyn sydd ddim yn offeiriad, dydy hi ddim i gael bwyta'r offrymau o hynny ymlaen. 13Ond wedyn, os ydy merch yr offeiriad yn mynd yn ôl i fyw at ei thad am fod ei gŵr wedi marw neu am ei bod hi wedi cael ysgariad, a bod dim plant ganddi, mae ganddi hawl i fwyta bwyd ei thad eto. Does neb ond yr offeiriaid a'u teulu agosaf i gael ei fwyta. 14“Os ydy unrhyw un arall yn ddamweiniol yn bwyta'r offrymau sanctaidd, rhaid iddo dalu am y bwyd ac ychwanegu 20%. 15Does neb i amharchu'r offrymau sanctaidd mae pobl Israel yn eu cyflwyno i'r Arglwydd. 16Mae unrhyw un sydd ddim i fod i'w bwyta yn euog os ydyn nhw'n gwneud hynny. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd sy'n eu cysegru nhw i mi fy hun.”Anifeiliaid sy'n iawn i'w haberthu
17Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses: 18“Dywed wrth Aaron a'i ddisgynyddion, ac wrth bobl Israel i gyd: ‘Pan mae un o bobl Israel, neu unrhyw un arall sy'n byw gyda nhw, yn cyflwyno offrwm i'w losgi'n llwyr i'r Arglwydd – offrwm wrth wneud addewid, neu un sy'n cael ei roi i'r Arglwydd o wirfodd – 19dylai fod yn anifail gwryw heb ddim byd o'i le arno – tarw ifanc, hwrdd neu fwch gafr. 20Rhaid peidio cyflwyno anifail sydd â nam arno. Fydd Duw ddim yn ei dderbyn ar eich rhan chi. 21“‘Pan mae rhywun yn cyflwyno offrwm i gydnabod daioni'r Arglwydd ar ôl cyflawni ei addewid, rhaid i'r anifail – o'r gyr o wartheg neu o'r praidd o ddefaid a geifr – fod heb ddim byd o'i le arno. Os ydy'r Arglwydd i'w dderbyn rhaid iddo fod heb nam arno. 22Peidiwch cyflwyno anifail i'r Arglwydd sy'n ddall, wedi torri asgwrn, wedi ei anafu, gyda briw wedi mynd yn ddrwg, brech neu unrhyw afiechyd ar y croen. Dydy anifail felly ddim i gael ei gyflwyno ar yr allor yn rhodd i'r Arglwydd. 23Mae'n iawn i gyflwyno anifail sydd ag un goes yn hirach neu'n fyrrach na'r lleill fel offrwm sy'n cael ei roi'n wirfoddol, ond dim fel offrwm i wneud addewid. 24Peidiwch cyflwyno anifail i'r Arglwydd sydd â'i geilliau wedi eu hanafu neu sydd wedi cael ei sbaddu. Dydy hynny ddim i gael ei wneud yn eich gwlad chi. 25A dydy anifail felly sydd wedi ei brynu gan rywun sydd ddim yn Israeliad ddim i gael ei gyflwyno yn fwyd i'ch Duw. Am eu bod nhw wedi eu sbwylio, ac am fod nam arnyn nhw, fydd yr Arglwydd ddim yn eu derbyn nhw ar eich rhan chi.’” 26Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses: 27“Pan mae llo neu oen neu fyn gafr yn cael ei eni, mae'r anifail i aros gyda'i fam am saith diwrnod. Ond ar ôl wythnos bydd yn iawn i'w gyflwyno'n offrwm i'w losgi i'r Arglwydd. 28Dydy buwch neu ddafad ddim i gael ei lladd ar yr un diwrnod a'u rhai bach. 29Wrth aberthu anifail i ddiolch i'r Arglwydd am rywbeth, rhaid ei aberthu yn y ffordd iawn, fel bod Duw yn ei dderbyn ar eich rhan. 30Rhaid ei fwyta y diwrnod hwnnw. Does dim ohono i gael ei adael tan y bore wedyn. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd. 31Gwnewch beth dw i'n ddweud. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd. 32Peidiwch sarhau fy enw sanctaidd i. Dw i eisiau i bobl Israel fy anrhydeddu i. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd sydd wedi'ch cysegru chi yn bobl i mi fy hun. 33Fi wnaeth eich achub chi o'r Aifft, i mi fod yn Dduw i chi. Fi ydy'r Arglwydd.”

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
