nad zástupem, protože již tři dny zůstávají se mnou a nemají co jíst. 3A propustím–li je hladové domů, ▼▼5,19p
zemdlí na cestě; a někteří z nich přišli zdaleka.“ 4Jeho učedníci mu odpověděli: „Odkud by někdo mohl zde v pustině ▼▼1,45
získat tolik chleba, aby nasytil tyto lidi?“ 5Ptal se jich: „Kolik máte chlebů?“ Oni řekli: „Sedm.“ 6Nařídil zástupu posadit ▼▼ř.: uložit; 6,40p

Vzal těch sedm chlebů, vzdal díky, rozlámal a dával svým učedníkům, aby je předkládali; i předložili je zástupu. 7Měli i několik rybiček; požehnal je a řekl, aby i tyto předkládali. 8Pojedli a nasytili se a sebrali toho, co přebývalo, sedm košů úlomků. 9[Těch, kteří jedli,] bylo asi čtyři tisíce. Pak je propustil. 10A hned vstoupil se svými učedníky na loď a přišel do oblastí Dalmanuthy. 11Farizeové žádají znamení

14Varování před farizeji a herodiány
Zapomněli vzít chleby; neměli s sebou na lodi víc než jeden chléb. 15A on jim nařizoval: „Dávejte si pozor, ▼▼4,24
varujte se kvasu farizeů a kvasu Herodova.“ 16I dohadovali se mezi sebou, že nemají chleby. 17Zpozoroval to a řekl jim: „Proč se dohadujete, že nemáte chleby? Ještě nerozumíte ani nechápete? [Ještě] máte své srdce ztvrdlé? ▼▼6,52
18Oči máte a nevidíte, uši máte a neslyšíte? ▼▼4,12; //Jr 5,21; Ez 12,2
Nepamatujete si, 19když jsem rozlámal těch pět chlebů pro pět tisíc, kolik nůší plných úlomků jste sebrali?“ Řekli mu: „Dvanáct.“ ▼▼6,41—44

za mnou, ať zapře sám sebe, vezme svůj kříž a následuje mne. 35Neboť kdo by chtěl svou duši zachránit, zahubí ▼▼Mt 16,25p
ji; kdo by však zahubil svou duši kvůli [mně a] evangeliu, zachrání ji. 36Vždyť co člověku prospěje, získá–li celý svět, ale své duši uškodí? 37Neboť co může dát člověk výměnou za svou duši? 38Kdo by se styděl ▼▼::Ř 1,16
za mne a za má slova v tomto cizoložném a hříšném pokolení, za toho se bude stydět i Syn člověka, když přijde ve slávě svého Otce se svatými anděly.“ ▼▼2Te 1,6—10

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
