พระเยซูทรงส่งสาวก 72 คนออกไป

ให้เขาออกไปเป็นคู่ๆ ล่วงหน้าพระองค์ไปยังทุกเมืองและทุกแห่งที่พระองค์จะเสด็จ 2พระองค์ตรัสกับเขาว่า “งานเก็บเกี่ยวมีมากแต่คนงานมีน้อยนัก เหตุฉะนั้นจงทูลขอต่อพระองค์ผู้ทรงเป็นเจ้าแห่งการเก็บเกี่ยวให้ส่งคนงานมายังทุ่งแห่งการเก็บเกี่ยวของพระองค์ 3ไปเถิด! เราส่งท่านออกไปเหมือนลูกแกะท่ามกลางสุนัขป่า 4อย่าเอาถุงใส่เงิน หรือย่าม หรือรองเท้าไป และไม่ต้องแวะทักทายใครระหว่างทาง 5“เมื่อท่านเข้าไปในบ้านใด ก่อนอื่นจงพูดว่า ‘สันติสุขจงมีแก่บ้านนี้’ 6ถ้าผู้รักสันติอยู่ที่นั่น สันติสุขของท่านก็ดำรงอยู่กับเขา ถ้าไม่เป็นเช่นนั้น สันติสุขก็กลับคืนมาสู่ท่าน 7จงพักอยู่ที่บ้านนั้นและดื่มกินสิ่งที่เขาจัดมาให้ท่าน เพราะคนงานสมควรได้รับค่าจ้างของตน อย่าเที่ยวย้ายจากบ้านนี้ไปบ้านนั้น
8“เมื่อท่านเข้าไปในเมืองใดและได้รับการต้อนรับ จงกินสิ่งที่เขาจัดให้ท่าน 9จงรักษาคนเจ็บป่วยที่นั่นและบอกพวกเขาว่า ‘อาณาจักรของพระเจ้าอยู่ใกล้พวกท่านแล้ว’ 10แต่เมื่อไปยังเมืองใดที่ไม่มีใครต้อนรับ จงไปที่กลางถนนและกล่าวว่า 11‘แม้แต่ฝุ่นของเมืองของท่านซึ่งติดอยู่ที่เท้าของเรา เรายังเช็ดออกเป็นการกล่าวโทษท่าน แต่กระนั้นจงแน่ใจในข้อนี้ คืออาณาจักรของพระเจ้าอยู่ใกล้แล้ว’ 12เราบอกท่านว่า ในวันนั้นโทษของเมืองโสโดมจะเบากว่าโทษของเมืองนั้น”
13“วิบัติแก่เจ้า เมืองโคราซิน! วิบัติแก่เจ้า เมืองเบธไซดา! เพราะหากการอัศจรรย์ที่ทำในเมืองของเจ้าได้ทำในเมืองไทระและเมืองไซดอน พวกเขาคงนุ่งห่มผ้ากระสอบนั่งจมกองขี้เถ้าและกลับใจใหม่นานแล้ว 14แต่ในวันพิพากษา โทษของเมืองไทระและเมืองไซดอนจะเบากว่าโทษของเจ้า 15ส่วนเจ้า เมืองคาเปอรนาอุม เจ้าจะถูกยกขึ้นเทียมฟ้าหรือ? ไม่เลย เจ้าจะต้องลงไปในเหวลึก ▼

17สาวกทั้ง 72 คนกลับมาด้วยความยินดีและทูลว่า “พระองค์เจ้าข้า โดยพระนามพระองค์ แม้แต่ผีก็สยบต่อพวกข้าพระองค์”
18พระเยซูตรัสตอบว่า “เราเห็นซาตานตกจากฟ้าสวรรค์เหมือนฟ้าแลบ 19เราให้สิทธิอำนาจแก่พวกท่านที่จะเหยียบงูร้ายและแมงป่อง และที่จะพิชิตฤทธิ์อำนาจทั้งปวงของศัตรู ไม่มีสิ่งใดจะทำอันตรายพวกท่านได้ 20อย่างไรก็ตาม อย่าชื่นชมยินดีที่วิญญาณต่างๆ ยอมสยบให้พวกท่าน แต่จงชื่นชมยินดีที่ชื่อของพวกท่านถูกจดไว้ในสวรรค์”
21ขณะนั้นพระเยซูทรงเปี่ยมด้วยความชื่นชมยินดีโดยทางพระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์ และตรัสว่า “ข้าแต่พระบิดา องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งฟ้าสวรรค์และแผ่นดินโลก ข้าพระองค์สรรเสริญพระองค์ เพราะพระองค์ทรงปิดบังสิ่งเหล่านี้จากคนฉลาดและผู้รู้ และทรงเปิดเผยแก่บรรดาเด็กเล็กๆ ข้าแต่พระบิดา เพราะพระองค์ทรงเห็นชอบเช่นนั้น”
22“พระบิดาของเราทรงมอบสิ่งทั้งปวงแก่เรา ไม่มีใครรู้ว่าพระบุตรเป็นใครนอกจากพระบิดา และไม่มีใครรู้ว่าพระบิดาเป็นใครนอกจากพระบุตรกับบรรดาผู้ที่พระบุตรทรงเลือกที่จะเปิดเผยพระบิดาแก่เขา”
23จากนั้นพระองค์ทรงหันมาทางเหล่าสาวกและตรัสกับพวกเขาเป็นการส่วนพระองค์ว่า “ความสุขมีแก่ดวงตาทั้งหลาย ซึ่งได้เห็นสิ่งที่พวกท่านเห็น 24เพราะเราบอกพวกท่านว่า ผู้เผยพระวจนะมากมายและกษัตริย์หลายองค์ปรารถนาจะเห็นสิ่งที่พวกท่านเห็น แต่ไม่ได้เห็น และอยากได้ยินสิ่งที่พวกท่านได้ยินแต่ไม่ได้ยิน”

25ครั้งหนึ่งมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางบทบัญญัติคนหนึ่งยืนขึ้นทดสอบพระเยซู โดยทูลถามว่า “ท่านอาจารย์ ข้าพเจ้าต้องทำอย่างไรจึงจะได้ชีวิตนิรันดร์?”26พระองค์ตรัสว่า “หนังสือบทบัญญัติเขียนไว้ว่าอย่างไร? ท่านอ่านได้ว่าอย่างไร?”
27เขาทูลว่า “ ‘จงรักองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระเจ้าของท่านอย่างสุดใจ สุดจิต สุดกำลัง และสุดความคิดของท่าน’ cและ ‘จงรักเพื่อนบ้านเหมือนรักตนเอง’ d”
28พระเยซูตรัสว่า “ท่านตอบถูกแล้ว จงไปทำเช่นนั้น แล้วท่านจะได้ชีวิต”
29แต่คนนั้นอยากจะพิสูจน์ว่าตนเองถูกต้อง จึงทูลถามพระเยซูว่า “แล้วใครคือเพื่อนบ้านของข้าพเจ้า?”
30พระเยซูตรัสตอบว่า “ชายคนหนึ่งถูกโจรปล้นระหว่างเดินทางจากกรุงเยรูซาเล็มไปเมืองเยรีโค พวกโจรชิงเอาเสื้อผ้าจากตัวเขา ทุบตีเขาปางตายแล้วจากไป 31ปุโรหิตคนหนึ่งบังเอิญผ่านมาทางนั้น เมื่อเห็นชายคนนั้นก็เลี่ยงไปอีกฟากหนึ่ง 32คนเลวีก็เช่นกัน เมื่อมาถึงที่นั่นและเห็นเขา ก็เลี่ยงไปอีกฟากหนึ่ง 33แต่ชาวสะมาเรียคนหนึ่งเดินทางมาถึงที่ที่คนนั้นอยู่ เมื่อเห็นเขาก็สงสาร 34เขาเข้าไป แล้วเอาเหล้าองุ่นกับน้ำมันเทใส่แผลและพันแผลให้ แล้วประคองชายผู้นั้นขึ้นขี่ลาของตน พามาที่โรงแรม และดูแลเขา 35วันรุ่งขึ้นเขามอบเหรียญเงินสองเหรียญ ▼

38ในระหว่างการเดินทาง พระเยซูกับเหล่าสาวกมาถึงหมู่บ้านแห่งหนึ่ง ที่นั่นมีผู้หญิงชื่อมารธา เปิดบ้านของนางต้อนรับพระองค์ 39มารีย์น้องสาวของมารธานั่งอยู่แทบพระบาทขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า และฟังคำตรัสของพระองค์ 40ฝ่ายมารธาวุ่นอยู่กับการตระเตรียมสิ่งทั้งปวงที่ต้องทำ นางมาทูลพระองค์ว่า “พระองค์เจ้าข้า พระองค์ไม่ทรงห่วงใยบ้างหรือที่น้องสาวปล่อยให้ข้าพระองค์ทำงานอยู่คนเดียว โปรดบอกให้นางมาช่วยข้าพระองค์เถิด!”41องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสตอบว่า “มารธา มารธาเอ๋ย เธอว้าวุ่นกังวลในหลายสิ่งนัก 42แต่มีเพียงสิ่งเดียวเท่านั้นที่จำเป็น ▼

'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
